InDa Hotel is where it all began. Not a project, not a business plan, but a dream to create a place we ourselves would want to live in. That spirit still runs through everything here.
We have 15 rustic rooms surrounded by tropical greenery, set in the prime location of Varkala’s North Cliff. Less than 5 minutes from the beach, yet quietly away from the crowd, it is the rare spot that gives you both energy and calm. Days here take their own rhythm. A slow breakfast or late-night talk at InDa Café. Practice yoga and stillness, heal with Ayurveda.
InDa Hotel is not about ticking boxes of luxury or trends. It is about soul, character, and honesty. A place built with care, meant to last, and alive with the stories of everyone who passes through. This is where the InDa Family began. And if you let it, it can become part of your story too.

InDa Stay is the younger sibling of InDa Hotel, born from the same spirit but with its own easy rhythm. Just a short walk from Varkala’s North Cliff, it offers 6 private deluxe rooms and a superior studio around the corner from InDa Hotel & Café.
A place to rest, write, cook, or simply be. You can always drop by InDa Hotel for food, yoga, or company, then return to your own calm space when the day is done. InDa Stay is simple, grounded, and human. A quieter chapter of the InDa Family, ready to become part of your story.

Four intimate, air-conditioned rooms with cozy bunk beds offer a premium hostel experience — a space for solo female travelers and girls’ groups to feel safe, seen, and at home.
It’s peaceful, beautifully designed, and quietly full of life. Below, Mellow Bistro welcomes everyone with good food and an open vibe, while upstairs stays warm, private, and shared among kindred spirits.
